Business development by the sales’ process - from leads and opportunities, through the first contact with a potential customer, through the identification of needs, presentation, and the offer, to communication with the customer during the preparation of a contract, signing the contract and after signing the contract.

Strategic Management
People management from the point of view of executive/operational management of the company. We know how to communicate in a team consisting of different individuals at different levels of management. We know how to set up and control for business strategies and project management processes.


Business analysis
We know how to correctly ask the customer about their needs. We know how to prepare analytical document of the customer's requirements, propose an outline of the solution, basic solution architecture, user screens and documents for software analysis, including logical and physical design of the solution up to an assignment for programming development.
Thanks to our experiences in the field of strategic marketing, with tools of marketing mix, we also helping to our custmer with marketing audits and competitive analyses, focusing to most effective business process.
Project Management
Project management of internal/external processes/systems. Project management during entire project life cycle - from the presales phase, through the analysis, detailed functional specification, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and training, to the final rollout of the project. Assurance of three key project goals – QTB (quality, time and budget).


SW implementation
We know how to effectively implement SW, including required services, like users and administrators trainings, documentation, post-implementation, and user and SW support.
